Between us, we have spent our careers inside fleet telematics, and we have held nearly every seat that matters. We have answered the support phones, run the technical escalations, installed the hardware in the field, closed the sales, and led the teams, including building a customer support and billing operation from a single seat into an eighteen-person team. We have seen how every part of a fleet runs, and how the software either helps or gets in the way. That is the perspective we build your platform and your support around.
