-Identifiers: Email address and phone number.
-Sensitive Personal Information: Precise geolocation (GPS data) to facilitate route optimization, fleet tracking, and safety.
-Sensory Data: Camera access for professional use cases such as document scanning or vehicle inspection.
-Device Data: Technical metadata including IP addresses and device identifiers.

-Notice at Collection: We collect precise geolocation and camera access as "Sensitive Personal Information." This data is used solely for the business purpose of fleet management and performance of your professional duties.
-Electronic Monitoring (AB-984): Use of the Driver App involves electronic monitoring. This tracking is limited to business-related activities. You have the right to disable location services through your device settings outside of working hours.
-No Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
-Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the business purposes for which it was collected.

-Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the data we have collected about you.
-Correction: You may request that we update inaccurate personal information.
-Deletion: You may request the deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements (such as payroll or safety logs).
-Limit Use of Sensitive PI: You may request that we limit the use of your GPS and Camera data to only what is strictly necessary for the app to function.

-We use industry-standard encryption and secure protocols to protect your information. All data is processed and stored on servers located within the United States.
