What does Fleet Command Center do?
Fleet Command Center provides GPS tracking and fleet management software, with tracking hardware selected for your vehicles and assets. It brings location, geofences, route planning, fuel information, and reporting into your fleet workflow. Exact data availability depends on your hardware and vehicles.
How do hardware and software costs work?
Hardware is a separate, one-time purchase. Software is a recurring charge per vehicle or asset. Launch Point starts at $16 USD per vehicle per month for up to 5 vehicles. Request a quote to confirm hardware, setup requirements, taxes, shipping, and the full cost for your fleet.
Which vehicle plan should I choose?
Launch Point is for up to 5 vehicles. Take Command is for fleets of 6 or more. Both vehicle plans include the same core feature set; the difference is fleet size and per-vehicle pricing. Ground Control covers assets separately.
Can I track vehicles and assets together?
You can discuss a combined vehicle and asset deployment in one quote. Vehicle subscriptions and Ground Control asset subscriptions are priced separately, and each device should be matched to its use case.
Will the hardware work with my vehicles?
Compatibility depends on the vehicle, model year, connector, required data, and device. Include your vehicle details in your quote request so the team can confirm the right hardware before you purchase.
Are all features available today?
GPS tracking, geofences, routing, fuel monitoring, API access, maintenance workflows, supported voltage data, and fleet signal analysis are available subject to hardware and setup. Predictive battery intelligence, dedicated AI and technician workspaces, native OEM connectivity, and the mobile driver app are planned.
